What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: name, business, email, phone and, if you want, your website and a message. We don't use advertising profiles and we don't buy databases.
What we use it for
Only to answer your request and, if you hire us, to run the project. The legal basis is your consent and the legitimate interest in answering a commercial enquiry you started.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't turn into a project are deleted after a year. Client data is kept for as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards for as long as the law requires.
Who we share it with
Nobody, other than the technical providers needed to deliver the service (hosting and email), who act as data processors. We don't pass data to third parties for commercial purposes.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection by writing to hola@interconecction.com. If you feel we have not handled it properly, you can complain to the Andorran Data Protection Agency.
