How we work

It is said before we start: what is included, what it costs and when it is ready.

A digital project almost never goes wrong because of the technology. It goes wrong because nobody put the scope in writing. This is the order we always follow, from the first coffee to the month after delivery.

The route, step by step

  1. Diagnosis

    24–48 h · free

    We look at your website, your Google listing and how you work today. You get a short document back: what is holding the business up, what we would fix first and what you would gain. If we see nothing worth doing, we say so.

  2. Fixed plan

    Before any payment

    A proposal with the scope written down, the price fixed and the delivery date. Including what is NOT covered and who is responsible for what. It is accepted from a phone, and that is where the project starts.

  3. Build

    Weekly deliveries

    No disappearing for a month. Every week you see something real working on a private address and you decide on what you are looking at, not on a description. Changes are grouped and published in one go.

  4. Delivery and support

    And afterwards, as you like

    It goes live, it is checked on a real phone and a real computer, and you get the credentials, the documentation and a short manual for your team. Maintenance is optional and without lock-in.

And when would I have it?

Pick the day you say yes. We count working days only and give you the four dates of a standard project, with no rounding in our favour.

A standard site-plus-panel project. If yours is bigger, the date goes in writing in the closed plan, and there it stays.

What you always keep
  • The domain and the hosting in your name, not ours
  • The code and the data are yours and you can take them with you
  • A fixed price before we start, with no surprise extra hours
  • No lock-in: if we are not worth it, you leave
  • Everything agreed, in writing
What we need from you
  • Half an hour to tell us how the business really works
  • The photos, the copy and the data you already have
  • Someone who can decide and answer within two days
  • The credentials, if there is already a site or hosting

We develop and publish. Activity permits, the regulatory compliance of the business and the legal validation of the legal texts are the client's responsibility: we prepare the drafts and recommend having them reviewed by an Andorran professional before publishing.

Questions

What everyone asks before starting.

How much does it cost?
It depends on what has to be built, so we don't publish price lists: that would be lying. The diagnosis is free and comes with a fixed-price proposal. From there the price does not move unless you ask for something new.
How long does it take?
The date is set in the proposal, before any payment, and it is met. It mostly depends on how quickly your photos, your copy and your decisions arrive.
Who owns the code and the data?
You do. The domain and the hosting are registered in your name, and when we finish you get the credentials and the documentation. If tomorrow you move to another supplier, you take everything with you.
Is there any lock-in?
No. Maintenance is monthly and you can stop it whenever you want. We would rather you stayed because it pays off.
How many languages do you work in?
Spanish, Catalan, French and English, from day one of the project and not as a final add-on. In Andorra that is not a luxury: it is half of your customers.
Do you only work in Andorra?
We live here and we know the ground, but we also work in Catalonia, the rest of Spain and the south of France. Most of the work is remote; on-site visits are arranged.
What if I already have a website?
Even better. We look at it, we tell you what can be reused and what cannot, and if fixing it beats rebuilding it, we say so. We also rescue sites from suppliers who went quiet.
What about data protection?
Forms collect only what is needed, with the legal basis written down and one-click removal. We work with the Andorran data protection act and with the European regulation when the client is in the EU. We draft the legal texts and a professional reviews them before they go live.
